How to work with me. 

I visit you in your practice. My job is to be a sponge and absorb every aspect of your business. I coach you and your team using the principles of service design to create your desired result. You don’t fit into my process and I pride myself in flexing into what is your priority.

I take a hands on approach and get involved with your patient so that it is designed round them

I don’t know any aesthetic or dental practice that don’t have the problem of under chair occupancy at one time or another. It is common to think in a linear fashion what the problem is and easy to conclude the cause but I see time after time with the practices I work with it is multi-rooted and needs a dynamic team approach. The beauty of working on strategies and solutions with your team is they own it!

  • Flo was the 1st hygienist in Scotland to pioneer the use of the Florida Probe. I know her as a dental Hygienist, lecturer and coach. She is very passionate about preventative dentistry, people and the use of technology to aid education. Having delivered seminars for us the feedback we receive is outstanding particularly her ability to instruct using the technology combined with communication.
